Poster advertising the 2012 Liverpool Biennial. The Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) and the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) jointly present an exhibition, entitled “All Are Guests”, in the “City States” programme of the 7th Liverpool Biennial to be held in the UK from 15 September to 25 November 2012.
