Scope and Content

Catalogue of a selection of works by Au Hoi Lam.

Au's preferred medium is painting - her painting lie is intertwined inseparably with her own introspection. There are no unifying themes, overriding concepts or logical explanations in my art. If a story appears in her painting, it is a monologue on fragmentary thoughts and feelings.
