Summarization of Content

Exhibition catalogue for the exhibition 'Sequence & Repetition' held at the Bedlam Gallery, Brunel University, London, in 2007 featuring the work of 14 artists.

As well as their exhibition pieces, the artists provided a piece of text which was compiled together to demonstrate that whilst sequence can be seen as demonstrative of the action of making and realising a work of art, it can be simply treated as a strand of conversation. This is a conversation that neither starts nor finishes, that is placed within another conversation, and ultimately is one that belongs to a different generation of artists.
