Monograph documenting The Shop Project by FrenchMottershead, 2009-2010. The publication was published in conjunction with the exhibition The Shop Project at the Site Gallery, Sheffield.

The Shops Project worked with Chinese, Brazilian, Romanian, Turkish and Slovenian audiences, transforming ignored routines and repetitive daily actions into self-conscious performances. The two-year project brought together hundreds of individuals from many diverse backgrounds, nationalities and communities, producing a collection of intimate portraits of local shops, their owners and their customers.
