Report by Amy Lai, Development Officer of the Chinese Art Centre, on an intervention project  carried out during the British Art Show 4 and the 1996 Chinese New Year programme. The project was a attempt to reestablish a network between the Centre, British Chinese artists, the Chinese community, and mainstream arts organisations in the Northwest.
