Summarization of Content

Exhibition guide for the solo show Reflexology by Nina Canell at Leo Xu Projects, Shanghai, 2016 Nov 09 - 2017 Jan 15.

The first solo exhibition of Berlin-base artist Nina Canell, Reflexology featured the artist's minimal sculptural works created from found and functional objects spread across three floors of the space. The works explored the often overlooked networks and natural phenomena that surround us. The works, taking reflexology as a starting point, examined the multi-faceted meanings of both the word and its etymology.
