Guidebook for the 6th Taipei Biennial arranged by the Taipei Fine Arts Museum between 2008 Sep 13 - 2009 Jan 04. The festival did not have a single theme but was a ' constellation of correlated themes' which addressed the chaotic state of things in a time of globalisation.
