Exhibition catalogue published on the occasion of: Seed Project 3: Art with Wind : Land Art Installation, held in the Tianmu district of Taipei, Taiwan, between 2011 Jun 06 - Aug 07. Organised by the Lead Jade Constructions Co. Ltd. Includes DVD containing documentary about the project. 

The Seed Project, was a cross department development project between the Lead Jade Construction Co Ltd and the Taipei City Government which aimed to develop cultural settings in Taipei. The objective of the project is to: " create harmonious connections with the particular community's internal and external settings" through urban aesthetics. 

The 3rd exhibition Art With Wind invited 6 local and international artists to create artworks through interactions with the people of Tianmu district of Taipei. The works were based upon the area's geography and cultural, and were designed to link together memories of the local people.
