Biography
The Marketing Manager was a role created by the Centre in 2003 for the Centre's move to Thomas Street. The role became redundant in mid 2008 and the position's duties became the responsibility of the IT & Marketing Coordinator in early 2009.
The role was responsible for: identifying target audiences; devising
& implement marketing & audience development strategies; networking & partnership building; managing production and distribution of marketing materials; evaluate campaigns; liaison with artists and staff; managing and initiate press & media relations; managing delegated budgets; managing & develop customer database; co-leading on customer care; coach & train staff; managing delegated budgets; and managing shop visuals and general displays.
The role was responsible for the 'Chinese Arts Centre' profile on the Centre computer systems.
