Charmaine Seet is a dancer, choreographer and movement educator who is currently living and working in Sydney. She is the director and teacher at the contemporary dance company, Seet Dance. She has received her BA in Dance at the University of Kent. She is a certified Franklin Method Movement educator and also was an advanced executant (Advanced II) in Royal Academy of Dance. She has danced several other dancers and at a few opera groups such as Anna Kuroda, Jacob Marley, Anna Williams, the Royal Opera, Glyndebourne Festival Opera, the English National Opera and many more.
She is a key member of Union Dance’s renowned education team where it is a professional dance company and educational charity nationally and internationally. Its education programme for youth is considered one of the best in the UK.
