Biography

Bryan Biggs is a British artist and arts administrator.  

He was educated at Barnet College (1971-1972) and the Liverpool Polytechnic (1972-1975). In his his worn drawing practice, his works have no narrative intent but form a diary. His work has been exhibited in the Galerie Berners in Cologne and the Bluecoat Gallery. He worked at the Bluecoat Gallery, Liverpool and was its artistic director from 1994-2014.

Biggs was also part of the selection panels for the Centre's 'New Commissions' scheme (2001-2003) and  Breathe residencies (2003-2005).
