Scope and Content

Records relating to the First Vital festival managed by the Marketing Manager at the Chinese Arts Centre.

Record Resource Extent

163 MB (3 digital files and 15 folders)

The original structure of the folders has been maintained.

This record set represent the folder: 'Vital Festival06' which was part of the digital marketing archive accession (ACC/2018/1), a group of folders formerly managed by staff responsible for marketing at the Centre, 2003-2011.

Based on the metadata of the digital records in the folder, it is believed that the folder was originally titled 'Live Art 2006' which was located on the Centre's server in the folder: 'Alyson - Marketing Folder'. At some point the folder was renamed and transferred either to the MARKETING folder on the pre-2013 server, before it was transferred to its eventual location on the server in the 'Communications and Marketing' folder. It is thought that this folder is still arranged in its original order established by the Marketing Manager.

When the folder was processed in 2018, a subfolder 'VITAL PICS' was appraised as it contain images of the festival which were held elsewhere in the collection.
