This record set represents the folder: '18. Artists Portfolio Images\Eric Fong' in the artist portfolio accession (ACC/2021/2), a group of folders formerly held on the photo server which were previously managed by the Residency Coordinator. 

When it was appraised in 2021, the following types of records were removed from the folder following the CFCCA retention schedule: draft of other documents in the file; and images provided by the artist for publicity purposes and invoices.

Access to the records are currently restricted while they are processed. Records containing personal data are closed to researchers under the Data Protection Act (2018). Accessible surrogates of the records are available to researchers for private non-commercial use in the CFCCA Library by appointment.
