History

These records were retained to document the procedures for the selection of resident artist at the Centre.

The record set represents: 'Staff Folders\David Hancock\Breathe descriptions 2005' which was originally stored in a 2006 back-up of the Centre main file system. The folder was transferred to the 'Breathe folders' accession (ACC/2021/1) as it is believe this was a later back-up of the same folder. The metadata of the files record that they were originally saved to 'C:\Documents and Settings\artists\My Documents\Breathe descriptions' possibly on a PC managed by the Residency Coordinator. The current file structure appears to have been created at this point.
