Scope and Content

Digital file system used by the Centre up to 2013, documenting all the Centre's activities from 2003. It is believed that the series is a back-up created shortly before the Centre changed name in the same year.

The original folder structure of the accession has been retained.

Taken from the 'legacy server', which held back-ups of various previous digital file systems used by the Centre. It appears that this series was the Centre digital filing system which was archived when the Centre changed name in 2013.

The folders were initially appraised in 2019 following the Centre's retention schedule & to remove records which were personal records maintain by staff on the server.

The material was officially accession in 2020 as ACC/2020/1. Due to the size of the accession, the records will be processed in sections.

The 'David' folder (OC/2001/16) was processed in 2021 as part of the Multicultural Heritage at the Crossroad: Organisational Resilience, Institutional Archive and Multicultural Voices project with support from London Metropolitan University.
