A programme of electronic arts events held in Liverpool and Manchester which was organised by the Foundation for Art & Creative Technology (FACT) as part of isea98 (International Symposium on Electronic Art) in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University, and Manchester Metropolitan University.

The Chinese Art Centre 'Alien Invasion' exhibition and residency of Yin Xiu Zhen were part of the festival.
