Summarization of Content

Exhibition catalogue for Morgan Wong's solo show KIGOJA Standard Time (KST) held at Kigoja, Seoul, South Korea, in 2016

"The art of Morgan Wong is infatuated with the notion of temporality. In his video piece "Plus-Minus-Zero" (2010), Wong moves backwards and anti-clockwise in the middle of the snowy countryside in Sapporo, Japan. In his latest installation of clocks "Kigoja Standard Time" (2016), Wong creates a fictional non-existing time, which runs forty-five minutes ahead of the real standard local time."
