Summarization of Content

Exhibition catalogue published on the occasion of the group show: Rearranging Desires : Curating the 'Other' Within held at the The Faculty of Fine Arts (FOFA) Gallery, Concordia University in Montreal, Canada in2008.

The show featured the work of four artists of Asia heritage who were based in Montreal and were alumni of the FOFA. Curated by Alice Ming Wai Jim, the exhibition took a critical, and some times playful look, at topic related to ethnicity and identity in a culture that "struggles between impulses to 'accommodate' and a xenophobia resistance to change".
